“Application of CPSi4.0 and Webserver Function CPU” for TVET teachers and in-company trainers

Mr. Nguyen Trong Tin trains the participants to operate an automation station and guide them to upgrade the system with IoT to control and monitor it through the Internet.

LILAMA 2 International Technology College launched its “Industry 4.0 further training programme” in the field of electrotechnology and mechatronics for TVET teachers and technicians of the industry. The first “Train the Trainer” training is taking place from 17 – 26 September 2020 and is being conducted by high-qualified master trainers Kieu Tan Thoi and Nguyen Trong Tin of LILAMA 2’s mechatronics and electronics faculty.

Four in-company trainers of Martech Boiler and Nguyen Gia Companies and ten TVET teachers of the TVET colleges of An Giang, Long An, Ninh Thuan, Ha Tinh and Bac Ninh are being trained in the professional “Application of CPSi4.0 and Webserver Function CPU”.

The objectives of this nine-day training course is that the participants will be enabled to:

refresh, update and consolidate required knowledge and skills in automation,
programme and operate the CPSi4.0 mechatronic system and to apply it in training
set up a control system via internet and S7 PLC
multiply their gained knowledge and skills to colleagues and trainees of their respective institutes and companies

In a next step, an Industry 4.0 training module will be developed as blended training to complement the 3-year initial training programmes “Mechatronics Technician” and “Industry Electronics Technician”. Parts of the new I 4.0 module will be implemented as e-learning and online training course and offered also for the industry.

The further training is conducted within the Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP) “Integrating requirements of Industry 4.0 in TVET” at LILAMA 2. The DPP is implemented by the cooperation partners Bosch Vietnam Co. LTD (in this matter represented by its Drive & Control business division, operating under the “Bosch Rexroth” brand) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (in this matter represented by its “Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam”), supported by the develoPPP.de programme by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
