Digital Competence Subject Programme: College level
The Digital Literacy Training Module was developed with support of the Programme Reform of TVET in Vietnam, financed by by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in partnership with former Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET), Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. During 2025 – 2026, training content and digital teaching and learning materials of the Module has been updated and upgraded and renamed to Digital Competence Subject. These activities are supported by the Study and Experts Fund (SFF) under the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in collaboration with a group of TVET colleges and experts in Viet Nam.
