The positive experiences at the two supported TVET institutes in Dong Nai will be fed into the system level to contribute to the reform of TVET in Viet Nam. Dr. Horst Sommer emphasized that “this is a Vietnamese programme with German support. Thus, the support of Dong Nai provincial government and the commitment of LILAMA 2 and VCMI are crucial for its success.”
