At the culture event, Dr. Horst Sommer, Director of the Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam, gave the thanks note to the Programme long term partners, VVTA, represented by Mdm. Nguyen Thi Hang, Chairwoman and former Minister of MoLISA, the General Department of Vocational Training, represented by the Chief Officer, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, its PMU and all colleagues for their cooperation and contributions to the Vietnamese – German Development Cooperation in TVET in Viet Nam.
