Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Duc Lan, Director General (GDVT/MoLISA) in his speech expressed high appreciation to German support to the first ever to-be-established Centre of Excellence for TVET in Viet Nam. He also urged for active cooperation among parties MoLISA, GDVT, MoC, GIZ and KfW for effective implementation of the interlinked Technical Cooperation – Financial Cooperation support.

Mr. Lange Jochem, the Country Director of GIZ Viet Nam appraised the joint commitment of two sides to the establishment of the Centre of Excellence as catalyst for the spreading of high quality TVET to other 44 to-be-developed Centres of Excellence as well as to others of the TVET system in Viet Nam. He also mentioned the importance of engaging Vietnamese companies in the piloting of the cooperative training model and that German network partners are ready to embark on this cooperation.
