LILAMA 2 upscales its training offer on Industry 4.0 and e- learning!

An interim assessment was implemented to evaluate the qualification progress among the training participants.

The Industry 4.0 expert and trainer Mr Stefan Paschek advises the participants in real time to combine labelled graphs with partial orders to adequately model the (single) inheritance relation among objects.

The training participants of the industry and TVET-institutes discuss with Mr Kieu Tan Thoi, as assistant trainer on site, the detection of programming problems and various ways to solve.

The new e-learning training room with high-end technology at LILAMA 2 where the online further training for TVET teachers and in-company trainers takes place from 16-28. November 2020

The GIZ Country Director Ms Regina Ecker and Mr Juergen Hartwig, GIZ Director of the Programme Reform of TVET in Vietnam, visited the online course together with Mr Nguyen Khanh Cuong, Rector of LILAMA 2 to receive a personal impression of the e-learning

At present, the online training course Object-Oriented Programming is taking place from 16 – 28 November at LILAMA 2 International Technology College. The course is a component of an Industry 4.0 blended training module that is being developed to complement the 3-year initial training programmes Mechatronics Technician and Industry Electronics Technician and also upscales the training offer on Industry 4.0 for the industry.

Six in-company trainers of Martech Boiler, S.H.I. Plastic Machinery, Viclacera Ceramics and twelve TVET teachers of LILAMA 2, VCMI and the colleges of An Giang, Long An, Ninh Thuan. are being trained in project-oriented programming by Mr Stephan Paschek – expert in digitalisation and I 4.0 of a technical university in Germany.

The 80h online course aims to enable the training participants to:

refresh and consolidate programming competencies
professionally apply Unified Modelling Language (UML)
analyse tasks, detect failures and present solutions
test and rollout software
apply technical English
multiply their gained knowledge and skills to colleagues and trainees in their organisation

The activity is conducted within the Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP) “Integrating requirements of Industry 4.0 in TVET” at LILAMA 2. The DPP is implemented by the cooperation partners Bosch Vietnam Co. LTD (in this matter represented by its Drive & Control business division, operating under the “Bosch Rexroth” brand) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (in this matter represented by its “Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam”), supported by the develoPPP.de programme by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
