Getting the skilled workforce needed is just one of the benefits of Cooperative Training and the involvement of the business sector. Further benefits include saving recruitment and retraining costs as well as improved productivity and quality for products and services.
The HAMEE member enterprises were impressed by LILAMA 2’s state-of-the-art equipment that they were able to see during organised workshop tours. This presented LILAMA 2 as reliable and demand-driven training provider for HAMEE members that will be discussed in the follow up of the Open Day between LILAMA 2 and HAMEE member enterprises.
The Open day was characterised by a high interest of HAMEE member enterprises. Mr Nguyen Khanh Cuong emphasised the benefits bringing together the training provider LILAMA 2 with the demands of the business sector in order to contribute to the increased competitiveness in the economic integration of Viet Nam.
