LILAMA 2 Developing a Webpage Training Portfolio and Online Registration 

This initiative, in the form of the further training course “Developing a Business Plan and Webpage Training Portfolio for a Competence Training Centre in Smart Manufacturing” was conducted by the international experienced competence centre developer and CNC- Expert Mr Hartmut Stein from Germany.   

The 120-hour further training was conducted in December 2023 and January 2024 where 15 selected teaching, administration, financing and information technology staff of LILAMA 2 International Technology College (LILAMA 2) participated in the economic and information technology-based training. 

The participants learned to develop strategic plans for technical vocational education and training, financial management with cost efficiency, marketing strategies, webpage development and partnership building. Additionally, the LILAMA 2 staff applied their new gained knowledge and developed their new webpage approach for training course online registration and contents for the industry and other interested people who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in CNC technology and smart manufacturing.  

Ms Ho Thi Thanh Tam, one of LILAMA 2’s master trainers expressed, “The business and economics planning course is crucial for the college’s teachers as we strive to provide high-quality technical training that meets the demands of the industry. By learning how to develop strategic plans and uploads on the website, we can ensure that our college are competent to provide training offers which are of high-quality and relevant in the ever-evolving manufacturing landscape.” 

LILAMA 2’s commitment to enhancing its teachers’ knowledge and skills in smart manufacturing is a testament to its dedication to providing high-quality technical vocational education and training that meets the needs of the industry. With these new skills, LILAMA 2 teachers will be better equipped to provide comprehensive training that prepares learners for successful careers in the manufacturing industry. 

The training course was conducted in the frame of the Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP) “Vocational Training for Smart Manufacturing in Machine Tools”. The DPP is supported by the develoPPP.de programme of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and jointly implemented by the cooperation partners Siemens Vietnam, LILAMA 2 International Technology College and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, represented by the Programme “Reform of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Viet Nam”.
