Three components of the Programme Reform of TVET in Viet Nam are currently in implementation on different levels within Vietnamese-German-Cooperation. At the policy level the Vietnamese partners are advised in the institutionalization of the demand orientation of the vocational training system as well as the further development of TVET financing mechanisms. These activities are interrelated to the implementation activities on institutional level where selected TVET partner institutes are supported in the development of training material and by teacher/instructor training. Also measures for a closer cooperation with the business sector are piloted at TVET institutes. The results and experiences from institutional level are been provided for the policy dialogue.
